I’m a creative, intelligent, and resourceful person who excels in art, music, and most of all, film.

Originally from Ohio, I went through one of the best public school systems not only in the state, but in the country. The renowned mid-western work ethic was instilled in me from a young age, and I’ve always believed that if I worked hard enough, I would achieve my goals. This has unfortunately proven to be wrong. Figures.

I attended Asbury University, majoring in Media Communications and Film, and independently taking more than enough (but not all the right) classes for a Music minor. I was able to travel to England and to Whistler, BC for music and media, respectively. The summer between high school and college was spent traveling all over the continental United States as part of Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps, an extremely disciplined musical (and physical) performance group.

I moved to LA before graduating college to make a go of the film thing, only to have my entire world knocked out from under me, and now I’m trying to put the pieces back together and figure out what’s next. But I do know that I will never be happy outside of film.

My hobbies include painting, photography, drawing, sewing, knitting, experimenting in the kitchen, and writing. Creating is perhaps the best way to describe it. I joke with people that if it’s right brained (the creative artistic side of the brain) then I can do it. This isn’t far from the truth. Although as an artist, some of these shouldn’t be classified as hobbies so much as extensions of me as a person.

My likes are widely varied, but if it’s geeky or nerdy, I probably love it. But mostly, I love great stories, whether in books or in films.
